Our reinforced aluminum heat tape is lightweight at just 0.15mm thick, 5 meters (16.4ft) long, and 50mm (2in) wide. The strength is found from the fiberglass that is woven through the material and all rolled onto a nice handy tube. This can also be used on your body in high-wear areas such as your mudguards or even on your tank next to the pipe to help keep your tank and fuel from heat saturation.
